THIS IS A OPEN RECREATIONAL LEAGUE and is open to teams of all levels. 

• A team consists of 6 players, with a minimum of 2 players who identify with a different gender than at least 2 other players.  If a team is playing with only 1 player of a different gender, they may only play with 5 players on the court.  
  

• 4 players are required to avoid forfeit, 1 player who identifies with a different gender than at least 1 other player. 
  
• On volleys with more than one touch, all players who touched the ball may not identify as the same gender. A person who identifies as a different gender must make contact with the ball prior to it's flight over the net. A single hit volley by any gender identification is legal.  

7 Scheduled Matches. Top 4 teams will make playoffs. 

Ways to Register:

• Sponsored Teams: Contact Bec at play@playgroundsports.net to get instructions regarding registration players without fees and invoicing sponsors.
  
• Captains: Captains register your team slot and pay your fee. Captains will send out roster invites (online via Playground Sports account) for your teammates to join your team.
• Team Player: For players who have been invited/asked to join a team. Captain has already registered the team slot. Players may either use the invitation to join the team emailed by their captain or register directly online for as a team player. Simply choose the team name from the drop-down list during registration and make payment
• Small Groups: For friends wanting to play together but don't have enough players for a full team. Each player will register individually entering the same small group name to ensure players are placed with correct players.
• Free Agents: For individuals needing a team. We will find a team for you or you will receive a full refund.

Captains: We will attempt to create two different divisions (pending the total number of teams). Please be sure to pay attention to selecting "Rec" or "Rec+" during registration. Teams may be assigned based on previous season standings.
